I will be teaching Movement Dynamics for dance using Laban/Bartenieff Movement Analysis (LBMA). Have you ever been in class and wondered “Am I doing this right?” Ya, me too; all the time. In this workshop, we’ll be using LBMA to break down the “how’s” of transitions, weight shift, & level change. We’re taking it to the nitty gritty foundations of movement which aren’t exactly “difficult” but they are challenging and require focus and attention.
